Customer Appreciation Night at Laking Toyota
Our customers are more than just a number here at Laking Toyota - they are family. We appreciate every one of them. We we’re blown away with the attendance of our Customer Appreciation Night Last Thursday. Customers who purchased from last quarter were invited to come back for a Customer Appreciation Night. Consisting of a presentation, introduction to managers and staff they might not have met on their delivery. We want our customers to come into the dealership confidently knowing where departments are located and who they need to speak with.
Pizza from Great Lakes Pizza and Treats donated Pita Pit made a huge success with our customers. Also showcasing they are part of our unique rewards program. The savings are endless with over 52 of our local merchants!
Having a service demonstration on Oil Change and Brakes, showing customers the difference between Toyota Genuine Parts and after-market products. Ian did a fantastic job and was very helpful in answering any questions customers had about the shop.
Ending with some fun including prizes! We love our customers and wanted to give them something they’d remember and appreciate. Want to be included in the next Customer Appreciation Night? Call us at 705.674.7534 we’d be happy to add you to the list.
