Toyota won more 2022 Vincentric Best Value Awards than any other automaker this year, once again confirming the value of Toyota cars and SUVs. Moreover, more hybrid vehicles won their respective segments than any other year, and Toyota took home three awards for its hybrid vehicles, specifically:
These vehicles all won their respective segments for value while the new Toyota Tundra won the half-ton pickup segment.
In order to determine value, Toyota calculates a range of variables including interest rates, financing and leasing terms, depreciation, retained value, and cost of insurance as well as fuel economy and the cost of maintenance and ownership to really get a complete picture of the actual cost and value provided by a vehicle.
“We’re proud that our Toyota and Lexus vehicles have received the most Vincentric Best Value in Canada Awards™ for eight consecutive years,” said Cyril Dimitris, Vice President, Sales and Marketing at Toyota Canada Inc. “These awards illustrate our commitment to offering Canadian consumers an excellent value vehicle in every segment, year after year.”
